Mark Anderson - CEO/President

Mr. Anderson has been with Western Standard from the beginning and has paired his law practice and business acumen to develop Western Standard into what it is today. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in various areas of law, and has a passion for business that has made him a successful entrepreneur. He is committed to making both divisions of Western Standard industry standards in electronic publishing and translation technology respectively.

Andrew Ehat - Executive VP and Publisher

Mr. Ehat has also been with Western Standard from the beginning. His significant experience in publishing and technology management includes his role as product manager of WordPerfect, where he coordinated the release of version 5.1, then the most popular software product in the world. He also helped redirect priorities at WordPerfect to focus on creating innovative office information sharing software. Mr. Ehat has edited several peer-reviewed journals, and written and published in American intellectual history. His most significant authorship is the Western Standard Publishing flagship product, OriginalSources.com—republished by World Book Encyclopedia and Encyclopaedia Britannica.

Larry Hardenbrook - CFO

With Mr. Hardenbrook as CFO, Western Standard has dealt successfully with various government entities and organizations. He holds a diploma and substantial experience (39 yrs) in the field.

Richard Tregaskis - CTO

Mr. Tregaskis came to Western Standard after years of technical experience at Praxair. He studied Information Technologies, Information Systems, and Electrical Engineering at Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. Mr. Tregaskis has been instrumental in the planning and development of Western Standard's translation technologies, in particular Fluency.

Brandon Kidman - General Counsel/VP

Mr. Kidman is responsible for legal and corporate matters at Western Standard. He joined Western Standard in August, 2011. Before joining Western Standard, Mr. Kidman was an attorney at the law firm of Farris & Utley, PC. He graduated with a BA from Brigham Young University and received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University.

Carl Christensen - Director of Human Language Technology

Mr. Christensen came to Western Standard with expertise in the areas of computational linguistics and software development. He studied computational linguistics at Brigham Young University and graduated with a B.A. in Linguistics, and brings unique experience in the area of translation technology.

Daniel Law - Director of Sales

Mr. Law put Fluency on the map in translation technology. As an experienced salesman, he is dedicated to making Western Standard the market leader in translation technology. Since arriving at Western Standard, Mr. Law has led an effective sales campaign that spans the globe.
